Since 2008, self-made serial entrepreneur, Mychel “Snoop” Dillard has earned her title of serial entrepreneur — one who comes up with an idea, gets the company started, then goes on to a new venture — by gaining real-world experience on how to start, operate and manage profitable businesses.
 
Snoop continues to lead the way by breaking barriers in male-dominated industries, such as entertainment and tech, while setting a new standard for future generations of female entrepreneurs.

In 2018, Snoop founded Dillard Hospitality Group, a company dedicated to the hospitality industry, and continues to work with her development teams to create the best experiences for patrons of her establishments.

Snoop is well-known for her nightlife ventures, The Hookah Hideaway, opened in summer 2014, and Escobar Restaurant and Tapas, a joint venture with 2 Chainz, opened in winter 2016 and expanded to Escobar Morrow (2019) and Esco Seafood (2020).

Snoop ventured into the beauty industry with Remedy Salon Suites in 2016. Since that time, Remedy has shown evidence of great success with it's expansion to become a franchise in 2022.
